Thank you for supporting Natural Springs Counseling. Every item in our shop is created and curated with care, and we want you to feel good about your purchase. Please review the policy below before ordering.
All sales are final, except for defective or incorrect items.
Because our shop offers small-batch goods (candles, plushies, apparel, stickers) alongside digital products, we do not accept returns for change of mind, incorrect size selection, or unwanted gifts. Please review product descriptions and photos carefully before purchasing.
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or different from what you ordered, contact us within 7 days of delivery at the email listed on our Contact page. Please include your order number and clear photos of the item and packaging.
Our first step is to send a replacement at no cost to you. If the item is out of stock or a replacement isn’t possible, we will issue a full refund to your original payment method.
The following cannot be returned, refunded, or exchanged under any circumstances:
• E-gift cards
• Items marked final sale
• Used, washed, burned, or opened products (unless defective on arrival)
• Therapy sessions, consultations, and other services (governed by a separate practice policy)
For approved returns of non-defective items (rare and at our discretion), the customer is responsible for return shipping costs. Original shipping charges are non-refundable. We recommend using a trackable shipping service, as we cannot guarantee receipt of returned items.
Once an eligible return or defect claim is approved, refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5–10 business days. Depending on your bank or card issuer, it may take additional time to appear on your statement.
Orders can be canceled for a full refund if the request is received before the item has shipped. Once shipped, the standard policy above applies.
